JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM), through its unit PT Sumberdaya Sewatama, targets to build mini-hydro power plant with capacity of 50 megawatts (MW) within next 5 years.
The company allocates US$100-150 million for this renewable project. This year, ABMM targets to build 25 MW mini-hydro power plant.
Sewatama has issued convertible bonds worth Rp300 billion to PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF), to be converted into shares within next 5 years.
