JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The National Police’s Criminal Investigation Division (Bareskrim POLRI) is expected to re-examine the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of state port operator company PT Pelindo II Richard Joost (RJ) Lino on Wednesday (Nov. 18).

Lino’s lawyer Freidrich Yunadi confirmed to Kompas.com about Lino’s second examination session tomorrow, held at around 10:00 am of Jakarta time. Lino, Yunadi said, will answer the Bareskrim’s call.

Last week, the Bareskrim has questioned Lino for 9 hours on November 9. The Bareskrim has questioned Lino as a witness in corruption allegation of the procurement of 10 mobile cranes worth Rp35 billion in his company.

The Bareskrim has investigated the case since August 2015. In this case, Pelindo II’s technical director Ferialdy Noerlan has been named as suspect. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
