BANGKALAN (Yosefardi) – President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Tuesday inaugurated the operation of ship for transporting cows, the first, part of the government’s sea toll program.
The ship, called as KM Camara Nusantara I, qualifies an international standard and has capacity of 500 cows.
The ship would help creating a competitive prices against cows prices from Australia.
KM Camara Nusantara I will reach ports of Kupang, Bima, Tanjung Perak, Tanjung Emas, and Cirebon.
The Transportation Ministry targets to purchase 200m ships this year, to support the sea toll program.
