JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Ratu Prabu Tbk (ARTI), engaged in property and energy business, allocates Rp8.3 trillion for expanding its business for 5 years ahead. It plans to develop 3 property projects and to build one tank for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
The LPG storage tank will be built in West Java or East Java, which costs US$250 million or equivalent Rp3.3 trillion.
ARTI also allocates Rp5 trillion to fund its 3 property projects; Ratu Prabu residences (unit 4, 5, and 6). Now the company is constructing Ratu Prabu Residence 3 which costs US$150 million.
