JAKARTA (Yosefardi0 – Financing firm PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) has secured loan facility commitment of US$180 million from banks consortium.

The consortium consists of 20 banks led by Standard Chartered and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. The loan has tenor of 3 years.

BFIN also plans to issue bonds worth Rp500 billion to Rp1 trillion in the second half of this year, part of its Rp2.5 trillion bond issue program.

It had previously issued bonds worth Rp1.5 trillion. BFIN also plans to issue MTN worth Rp100 billion in near future after issuing Rp100 billion MTN in the first quarter of 2015. BFIN targets to book financing of Rp10 trillion this year, focusing for easrtern part of Indonesia.
