JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Tower operator PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) booked net profit of Rp1.22 trillion in first nine months of 2014, grew by 33% from Rp916 billion in the same period of 2013.
Revenue rose 24.6% to Rp2.43 trillion from previous Rp1.95 trillion. Revenue from Telkomsel reached Rp864 billion or 35% of total revenue.
While Indosat contibuted Rp548 billion (22%), XL Axiata Rp341 billion (14%), Hutchinson CP Telecommunication Rp248 billion (10%), and Telkom Rp202 billion (8%).
Bakrie Telecom, Smartfren, Axis Telekom Indonesia and others contributed less than Rp80 billion each.
As of September 2014, TBIG’s assets totaled Rp21.3 trillion while liability amounted Rp16.9 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp579 billion.
