JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) booked profit after tax of Rp588 billion in first nine months of 2014, jumped 65% from Rp356 billion in the corresponding period of 2013.
Net interest income declined 2.2% to Rp2.07 trillion from previous Rp2.1 trillion. Net interest margin (NIM) was 5.35%. But operating profit grew by 59% to Rp650 billion from earlier Rp408 billion.
Its assets totaled Rp59 trillion of which credit amounted Rp33 trillion. Third party funds reached Rp49.18 trillion of which time deposits accounted for Rp32.4 trillion. CAR stood at 15.41% and LDR was 66.12%.
