JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The government of Indonesia will auction Islamic bonds, called as sukuk, tomorrow (July 23), with indicative value of Rp1.5 trillion.

This project based sukuk will helping fund the state budget this year.

That sukuk consists of 5 series; SPN-S 24012014, PBS001Q, PBS001, PBS004, and PBS005. Government had in July 9, 2013 auctioned PBS001 bond series, PBS004, and PB005 series but got no interesting bids due to high yields.

The government only raised Rp395 billion from action of SPN-S 100012014 bond series, which will mature in January 10, 2014.
