JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Cakra Mineral Tbk (CKRA) plans to acquire 2 mining companies this year, located in Kalimantan.
That 2 targeted companies produce galena and bauxite. The company allocates Rp384.9 billion for the acquisition.
Last year CKRA divested its unit, PT Horizon Agri Industri, to PT Rajawali Agro Andalan Nusantara at value of Rp750 billion.
The company also plans to double its zircon production to 3,000 tons per month. The company is still awaiting the government’s permit for exporting zircon.
CKRA also opted to postpone its plan to build steel factory.
