JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Eureke Prima Jakarta Tbk (LCGP) plans to acquire 65% shares of apartment Senopati Penthouse from PT Senopati Aryani Prima for Rp150-325 billion. Investor Daily reported this morning.
Eureke, formerly PT Laguna Cipta Griya Tbk, will fund the acqusition with bank loan and loan from private equity funds based in Hong Kong and United States.
Senopati Penthouse apartment has 22 floors and 80 units which costs Rp500 billion.
Eureke allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp800 billion for this year. It plan to issue bonds worth Rp500 billion in the second half of this year.
