JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) plans to launch 3 new projects worth Rp1 trillion in first quarter of this year, Investor Daily reported this morning.
That 3 projects is located in South Jakarta, West Jakarta, and North Jakarta with coverage area of 10 hectares each.
APLN also mulls to expand into outside Jakarta such as Kalimantan, Bantam, Medan, and Makassar.
Media earlier reported APLN plans to work on 10 projects in 7 cities valuing of Rp20.3 trillion for 2013-2017 period.
