JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Tubagus Chaeri Wardana aka Wawan, a bribery suspect and brother of Banten Governor Ratu Atut Chosiyah, did not come to the Jakarta Corruption Court for his first trial due to illness.

Matheus, presiding judge of Wawan case, then decided to reschedule the trial for Wawan to February 27, 2014. Wawan, Golkar Party politician, was allegedly involved in the bribery case related to the handling of Lebak regency post-election dispute.

Wawan is now taking a medical treatment at the National Police Hospital in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

Edy Hartoyo, a prosecutor of KPK, confirmed that Wawan now has health problem such as stomach pain and vertigo. (haryantos@yosefardi.biz)
