JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) Tbk (MNCN) targets its advertisement revenue to grow by 18-22% this year to between Rp5.9 trillion and Rp6.1 trillion, Bisnis Indonesia reported.

The revenue growth will be boosted by advertisement from political figures and parties prior to the legislative and president elections scheduled in April and June.

This segment contributed revenue of Rp4.37 trillion, or 92% of total revenue, in first nine months of 2013.

The company expects to book revenue of Rp6.27 trillion last year, a 20% growth compared to 2012, of which revenue from advertisement contributed Rp6.42 trillion.
