JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT BW Plantation Tbk (BWPT) plans to build new crude palm oil (CPO) mill in central Kalimantan which costs Rp90-120 billion.
This new CPO mill will add CPO production of up to 45 tons per hour. The company will seek bank loan and funds from capital market for funding the project.
BWPT allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp700 billion for this year. The company has 35,000 hectares of plantation area in central Kalimantan.
The company’s total plantation concession reaches 110,000 hectares land. Currently BWPT operates 3 CPO mills with total production capacity of 135 tons per hour.
