JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Cempaka Sinergy Realty, member of Bahama Group, has on Thursday (Dec 5) launched its apartment project, Sentosa West Residence, which costs Rp2 trillion in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.
The high rise project consists of 6 towers and one unit of office building, built on 110,000 meter square of land area. Of 6 towers, 2 towers will be built as serviced residences named Sentosa West & East Residences. Other 4 towers are private residences.
Sentosa West Residence will have 182 units of serviced residences, priced for Rp1-2 billion per unit. This project is targeted to complete its construction by mid of 2016.
