JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Metropolitan Land (Metland) Tbk (MTLA) mulls to seek foreign partners for working on commercial area of West City project in Cipondoh, Tangerang with investment cost of Rp10 trillion.
Metland intends to invite property developers from Japan, Thailand, and Singapore. The partnership will run for 20-30 years. West City is designed to complement residential area of Metland Puri with gross area of 60 hectares.
MTLA booked net profit of Rp165.26 billion in first nine months of this year, grew by 26% from Rp131.34 billion. Revenues increased to Rp599.9 billion from previous Rp482.67 billion. It targets marketing sales to grow by 10-20% next year.
