KUALA LUMPUR (Yosefardi) – State securities firm PT Mandiri Sekuritas expands its business to Malaysia after since last year preparing to open its first branch in Singapore.

Mandiri Sekuritas and RHB Investment Bank Berhad (RHBIB) had on Wednesday (July 3) signed a cooperation agreement in issuing Ringgit-denominated bonds (MYR Bond).

The cooperation is effective until next 12 months.

Mandiri Sekuritas, subsidiary of Bank Mandiri, targets its underwriting, both IPO and bonds, to reach Rp32 trillion by end of this year, of which Rp11-12 trillion is this year’s underwriting.
