JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk (GPRA) plans to build four projects of commercial property (apartments and office buildings) in Jakarta and Bogor this year, with sales target of Rp3.35 trillion.
That four projects are Diamond City (East Jakarta), Grand Conrad (Bogor), and Bellevue Office Tower (in
South Jakarta and in Cengkareng). GPRA also plant to acquire its internal companies, PT Best Prima Indonesia, PT Mitra Abadi Sukses Sejahtera, and PT Megapolitan Gapuraprima.
GPRA targets to book marketing sales of Rp1.5 trillion this year, a 66.67% rise compared to Rp900 billion in 2012. It also eyes 20% growth in revenue for this year. The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp397 billion for this year.
