JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial, state secondary mortgage company, booked net profit of Rp67.61 billion in the first half of 2012, jumped 59% from Rp42.42 billion in the corresponding period of 2011.
Revenue also surged 70% to Rp209.96 billion from previous Rp123.34 billion. Expenses also increased to Rp125.47 billion from Rp70.91 billion in first half of 2011.
As of June 2012, its assets totaled Rp5.74 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.17 trillion. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
