JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Palm oil failed to recover in the futures market to tracking crude oil. The benchmark December 2012 contracts of crude palm oil (CPO) inched up only RM7 to RM2614 per ton on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives this morning.

November contracts also inched up RM5 to RM2550 per ton, while January and February 2013 contracts down slightly to RM2679 and RM2726 per ton respectively.

On Thursday, Astra Agro Lestari sold three CPO packages (6,000 tons) at Rp7050-7182 per Kg (VAT 10% included) and withdrew three other packages due to low bids.
