JAKARTA, Indonesia Today – Indonesian Coal Reference Price for September 2012 is set for US$86.21 per ton after hitting the lowest 31-month price last month.
The price is 1.8% higher from the previous month. Previously, the coal price has dropped five consecutive month since March 2012.
The coal reference price is based on coal with GCV (GAR) 6,322 kcal/kg, total moisture (arb) 8%, total sulphur 0.8%, ash content 15% and delivery FOB vessel.
On the other hand, global light sweet crude oil price was higher at US$95 per barrel for November.
