JAKARTA, Indonesia Today – General Electric will supply two gas turbines F-class 6FA for Kaltim Baru Power Plant Extansion, East Kalimantan.
The two turbines will initially operate for High Speed Diesel machines (HSD) before converted to natural gas after the plant secure gas supply commitment. Both turbines may produce 70MW each.
GE will also supply advanced technical services. GE will deliver the turbines in November 2012 and start commercial operation by late June 2013.
