JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa (DSSA) Tbk, an energy and infrastructure company controlled by Sinarmas Group, has entered into a joint venture with Excite Japan Limited.
DSSA Mas Sejahtera, subsidiary of DSSA, and Excite established a joint venture company named PT Excite Indonesia with ownership of 50% shares each.
PT Excite Indonesia, according to Hermawan Tarjono, director of DSSA, will be engaged in the management consulting services, web portal, and web hosting business.
Paid-up capital of the joint venture is around US$3 million or Rp29.18 billion.
