JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) plans to sell 2000-2500 units of telco towers this month. The proceeds will be used to pay debts.
Earlier in 2014, it sold 3500 units of telco towers, raising proceeds of Rp5.6 trillion.
Currently, EXCL operates 6500 units of telco towers. The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp7 trillion for this year, mostly used to fund the development of long term evolution (LTE) network.
