JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha (WOM) Finance Tbk (WOMF) booked financing of Rp6.1 trillion in 2014, grew by 11% from 2013. It targets Rp6.5 trillion financing for this year, a 6-8% growth.
During 2014, the company financed 594,000 units of motorcycle, with financing of new motorcycles covering 70% of total financing.
WOMF plans to issue 1.48 billion new shares, through preemptive rights scheme, representing 42.55% of its enlarged shares capital. The exercise price of right is set at Rp135, then the company would raise total proceeds of Rp199.9 billion.
WOMF booked net profit of Rp41.07 billion in first nine months of 2014 on revenue of Rp1.23 trillion. The company expects its profit to decline by 8-10% last year due to increasing cost of funds. The expected growing inflation would also impact on people’s purchasing power and WOMF’s profit outlook.
Meanwhile, PT Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk booked new financing of Rp1.08 trillion in 2014, and targets to grow by 38.89% to Rp1.5 trillion this year. It targets to book profit of Rp58-60 billion for 2014.
