SYDNEY (Yosefardi) – Western Mining Network (WMN) Ltd has completed due diligence on gold concession owned by PT Persada Bumi Rawas.
Paul Irawan, Executive Director of WMN, said the company has informed PT Persada Bumi Waras (PBR) that it will proceed with the transaction (acquiring 80% of PT PBR shares).
Persada tenement is located northeast of Palu, the capital city of Central Sulawesi province, in the area between Toli-Toli and Buol.
The area, according to the ASX-listed company, is generally covered by secondary forest, clove, and cocoa plantation, indicating that the tenement does not require a forest permit for exploration and production.
