JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) has completed the acquisition over PT Boma Bisma Indra (BBI)’s land and building at value of Rp 86 billion.
Budi Saddewa Soediro, CEO of WIKA Realty, said in news release that the acquired assets will be used for property development.
He said WIKA Group will build 3 high buildings, 1 building for condominium and hotel and 2 buildings for apartment at the location of the acquired assets in Wonokromo District, City of Surabaya, East-Java Province. This land has an area of 10.825 square meters.
For 2015, WIKA allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp800 billion, used to fund construction projects in Java and Sumatera islands. (rully@yosefardi.biz)
