JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) booked new contracts of Rp12.8 trillion in first 9 months to September of this year, representing 64% of this year target (Rp20 trillion), Investor Daily reported this morning.
The company’s order book totaled Rp33.4 trillion, a 86% of this year target (Rp38.9 trillion.The new contracts include mass rapid transit (MRT), Lamong strait port, Jatigede dam.
WIKA targets to to book net profit of Rp555.06 billion this year on revenue of Rp15.41 trillion.
Meanwhile PT Wijaya Karya Beton, subsidiary of WIKA, plans to issue medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp400 billion in end this month or early next month, to fund business expansion including new plant establishment, acquisition, and production capacity expansion.
