JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT), through its unit PT Waskita Toll Road, will construct 125 km-toll road in Bali which costs Rp35-40 trillion.
The project is devided into 4 sections; Kuta-Canggu-Tanah Lot-Soka, Soka-Pekutatan, Pekutatan-Gilimanuk, and Pekutatan-Lovina. This toll road is targeted to operate by 2018.
WSKT plans to issue bond worth Rp1.5 trillion in September this year. It is set to raise Rp12.8 trillion funds this year, consiting of rights issue worth Rp5.3 trillion, bank loan Rp6 trillion.
Meanwhile state construction firm PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) had increased its capital expenditure (capex) for this year to Rp4.4 trillion from initial Rp1.7 trillion, used to fund the construction of power plant project, port and water.
