JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) won airport project tender in Timor Leste with value of US$67 million, equivalent Rp670 billion.
Waskita Karya will build the run way and terminal, funded by the government of Timor Leste. The signing of the contract is scheduled for this month end.
WSKT has booked new contracts of Rp11 trillion as of October this year, target to reach Rp16 trillion by end of this year.
WSKT booked net profit of Rp117.13 billion in first nine months of this year, grew by 13.6% from Rp103.07 billion in the same period of last year. Operating revenue increased 9.5% to Rp5.15 trillion from previous Rp4.7 trillion. Its asset totaled Rp8.37 trillion.
