JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) plans to issue bonds worth Rp1trillion in third quarter of this year, part of its Rp2 trillion bond issue program.
The bond proceeds will partially be used to fund toll project (Pejagan-Pemalang section) which costs around Rp5 trillion.
The company targets to book contracts of Rp18.7 trillion this year. It also expects the recurring income to contribute 10-15% revenues within next five years.
WSKT booked net profit of Rp61 billion in first half of this year, grew by 8.93% from Rp56 billion in the same period of last year. Revenues rose 5.72% to Rp3.18 trillion from earlier Rp3.01 trillion.
