JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) had in July 16, 2014 taken over PT Pejagan Pemalang Tol Road through its subsidiary PT Waskita Tol Road.
Pejagan Pemalang is earlier owned by PT Rekatungal Abadi and PT Global Selaras Dunia. The transantion is valued for Rp300 billion, or 12.59% of WSKT’s equity.
Rekatunggal and Global Selaras, under the agreement, have option to buy back Pejagan Pemalang within 3 years ahead at price of Rp458.8 billion, or 19.25% of WSKT’s equity.
