JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of state construction firm PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) has gained 18% from its bottom, as the stock made another 11.34% gain on Tuesday (Sept 10). Some 75 million shares were exchanged hands.
The stock started trading at Rp540 per share in January and reached its peak at Rp1,050 in May 31. Since then the stock was dragged down until reached its bottom at Rp455 in Sept 6.
While its peer Wijaya Karya (WIKA), also state-owned, gained 4.73% to close at Rp1,770 on Tuesday with trading volume of over 34 million shares .
The stock also moved on similar sequence with WSKT. It reached its peak at Rp2,875 in May 30, but then falling to the bottom at Rp1,460 in August 27.
