JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) booked contracts of Rp2.8 trillion in first quarter of this year, Bisnis.com reported.
The company targets to book contracts of Rp18 trillion this year, a 15% growth compared to last year’s.
The company has won the tender of contracts for Suai Airport (Timor Leste) worth Rp643 billion, Tritib dam (Balikpapan) Rp226 billion, Soekarno Hatta airport terminal Rp160 billion, Belutu water project Rp142 billion, and fly over (Kebon Jeruk) worth Rp109 billion.
Waskita Karya booked net profit of Rp368 billion in 2013, jumped 45% from Rp254 billion in 2012. Revenues rose 10% to Rp9.69 trillion from previous Rp8.81 trillion.
