JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) injects Rp736.6 billion to its four units, used to purchase stakes in other companies.
That four units are PT Waskita Tol Road with capital injection of Rp320 billion, PT Waskita Beton Precast Rp217.48 billion, PT Waskita Karya Realty Rp725.72 billion, and PT Waskita Sangir Energi RpRp19.12 billion.
WSKT has boosted its capex to Rp4.36 trillion for this year, from initial plan of Rp1.81 trillion, of which investment on toll road projects accounts for Rp2.4 trillion.
As of June 2015, WSKT booked new contracts of Rp9.9 trillion or 42% of this year target of Rp23.4 trillion.
Meanwhile PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) plans to inject Rp500 billion to its unit PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in the second half of this year, bringing BSM into BUKU 3 category with core capital of more than Rp5 trillion. As at March 2015, BSM’s core capital reached 4.82 trillion while CAR was 12.63%.
