JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) said its subsidiary PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) has acquired stake in PT Waskita MNC Transjawa Toll Road (WMTTR) for Rp300 billion value.
WTR has in September 30, 2015 signed share sale and purchase agreement, to acquire 300,000 shares of WMTTR from PT Satria Cita Perkasa (SCP).
WSKT disclosed on September 30, 2015 that it has injected Rp10 billion to WTR, used to set up a joint venture company WMTTR.
