JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has on Monday (May 19) summoned Vice Minister of Finance Anny Ratnawati as witness related to the further investigation into high-profile graft case of Hambalang sport center project.
Anny has reportedly arrived at KPK’s office in Kuningan, South Jakarta, since around 9:55 am of Jakarta time. This is the third examination for Anny.
KPK’s Spokesperson Priharsa Nugraha, meanwhile, explained that Anny will be questioned as witness for Machfud Suroso, President Director of PT Dutasari Citralaras and one of suspects in the case.
Anny is one among a lot of high-profile names grilled over KPK’s investigation into Hambalang graft case.
KPK earlier had sent a letter to summon President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) and his youngest son, Edhie Baskoro Yudhoyono aka Ibas, for a questioning. But unfortunately, both SBY and Ibas had rejected to answer KPK’s summon. (haryantos@yosefardi.biz)
