JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) has divested its land and building assets to its affiliated company PT Anugrah Mutu Bersama at value of Rp42.5 billion.
The company also divested its idle machines to other affiliated company PT Unilever Body Care Indonesia Tbk at value of Rp111.79 billion.
UNV The company reported 12% growth in net profit to Rp4.09 trillion in first nine months of this year, compared to Rp3.65 trillion profit in the same period of last year.
