JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Milk and beverages producer PT Ultra Jaya Milk Tbk (ULTJ) plans to commence production of green tea in the fourth quarter of this year, Bisnis Indonesia reported this morning.
The company had set up joint company with Japan-based biggest manufacturer ITO EN Asia Pacific Holdings for developing green tea business segment.
ULTJ will build a factory in mid of 2014 in Jakarta area.
ULTJ and ITO EN Asia Pacific Holdings had built 2 companies for supporting production, distribution, and marketing. That 2 companies are PT Ultrajaya ITO EN Manufacturing and PT ITO EN Ultra Jaya Wholesale, both with basic capital of Rp30 billion.
