JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) allocates funds of Rp1.3 trillion for expansion of sugar, crude palm oil (CPO), and biodiesel business.
The company will use Rp1 trillion fund for its sugar mill project in Lampung with capacity of 6000 tons per day.
It also builds palm mill in Bengkulu with capacity of 45 tons of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) per hour and builds biodiesel plant in Lampung with capacity of 1000 tons per day.
The fund will be sourced from the company’s internal cash (35%) and bank loan (65%).
TBLA targets revenues to grow by 8% to Rp4 trillion this year, from Rp3.7 trillion last year. While CPO production is targeted to grow by 30% to 300,000 tons and FFB production to grow by 10% to 800,000 tons.
