JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Trading of Dyviacom Intrabumi (DNET) will resume in both regular and cash market Tuesday (May 28).
Trading of DNET has been suspended since mid April following the company’s giant US$700 million rights issue to acquire shares in Fast Food Indonesia, Indomaret, and Nippon Indosari (ROTI).
DNET shares closed at Rp580 on April 19, the last trading day of the stock, surged more than 100% from Rp225 prior to the announcement of the corporate action.
Fast Food Indonesia (FAST) is operator of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) outlets, while Nippon Indosari is producer of Sari Roti. Indomaret, meanwhile, is one of the largest convenience store operators in the country.
