JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Food producer PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera (TPS) Food Tbk (AISA) is to seek loan of Rp4.5 trillion to fund its plant expansion until 2020, Investor Daily reported this morning.
Within next 5 years, the company will spend Rp6-7 trillion, funded by external loan (65%). AISA targets to boost its rice production capacity to 2 million tons per year, from current 480,000 tons, through its unit TPS Rice with 3 operating rice mills.
The company targets to book revenue of Rp7.3 trillion this year, a 44.26% growth compared to Rp5.06 trillion last year. Rice business segment (TPS Rice) will contribute Rp3.1 trillion or 60% of total revenue, TPS Food to contribute Rp1.7 trillion, and PT Golden Plantation Tbk (GOLL) Rp26 billion.
