JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Food producer PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera (TPS) Food Tbk (AISA) will build 3 rice mills by early this year with investment cost of Rp600 billion.
The new rice mills are located in East Java and 2 units in South Sulawesi. Then the company would boost its production to 240,000 tons per year.
AISA allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp959 billion for this year, 70% funded by bank loan. And 75% of capex is allocated to the rice business segment.
The company also plans to issue bond this year, to refinance its debt which reached Rp950.9 billion as at September 2014.
AISA targets its revenue to grow by 70.19% to Rp7.08 trillion this year, compared to Rp4.16 trillion estimated for last year.
