JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Tower operator PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) booked net profit of Rp1.3 trillion in 2014, grew by 4.3% from Rp1.24 trillion in 2013. Earning per share (EPS) was Rp274.90.
Revenue rose 22.8% to Rp3.3 trillion from previous Rp2.69 trillion. Gross profit was Rp2.79 trillion. Its assets totaled Rp22.04 trillion while liability reached Rp17.9 trillion.
TBIG will issue 10% new shares as part of the exchange for PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) shares. While PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) would own 13.7% TBIG shares.
