JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Construction firm PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (TOTL) targets order book to reach Rp4-5 trillion for next year, equal to this year’s target of Rp5 trillion, mainly contributed by high rise and residential projects.
TOTL booked net profit of Rp69.5 billion in the first half of 2014, declined 38% from Rp111 billion in the same period of 2013.
Revenues increased 5.3% to Rp1.13 trillion from previous Rp1.19 trillion. Its assets totaled Rp2.13 trillion while liability amounted Rp1.36 trillion.
The company targets to book revenues of Rp2.4 trillion this year.
