NEW YORK (Indonesia Today) – Templeton Global Income Fund invested 4.5% funds in Indonesian assets as of March 31, 2013, higher than 4.4% as of February 28, 2013.
That means Templeton Global Income Fund (TGIF) placed total net assets of US$1.23 billion as of March 31, 2013, increased from US$768.87 million as of February 28, 2013.
Most of the assets are allocated in fixed income (88.7%). Indonesia is ranked third in Asia for TGIF behind South Korea (15.7%) and Malaysia (4.9%). Worldwide, Indonesia ranked 7th behind countries like Brazil, Poland, Ireland, and Mexico.
TGIF’s investment manager is a subsidiary of Franklin Resources Inc, a global investment company operating as Franklin Templeton Investments. (Indonesia Today)
