JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Express Transindo Utama Tbk (TAXI) plans to issue bonds worth Rp1 trillion in June this year with tenor of 3-5 years.
The company has assigned BCA Sekuritas, Mandiri Sekuritas, and Valbury Asia Securities as underwriters for the bonds.
The company plans to add 2000 units of taxi and 6 taxi pools, to operate 12000 units of taxi and 37 pools by end of this year.
TAXI targets to book revenue of Rp900 billion this year, compared to Rp687 billion last year.
