JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Tax revenue for the state declined 1.29% to Rp310.1 trillion in the first 4 months to April, this year, representing 23.96% of this year target. In the same period of 2014, tax revenue reached Rp314.14 trillion.

On the 2015 revised state budget, the government of Indonesia sets tax revenue target at Rp1,294.26 trillion, a 30% growth compared to last year.

The income tax from non oil and gas grew by 10.58% to Rp180.17 trillion. Revenue from value-added tax and import duties declined 5.25% to Rp111.32 trillion from previous Rp117.50 trillion. Tax revenue from oil and gas dropped 46.18% to Rp16.74 trillion from Rp31.11 trillion in the first 4 months of 2014.
