JAMSHEDPUR (Yosefardi) – Tata Steel registered Hot Metal production of 2.46 million tons in second quarter (Q2) of this year, up by 19% y-o-y and 4.93 million tons in first half (H1), up by 20% y-o-y).
Crude steel production was 2.29 million tons in Q2 (up by 19% y-o-y) and 4.51 million tons in H1 (up by 21% y-o-y).
Saleable Steel production increased by 18% y-o-y in Q2 (to 2.2 million tons) and by 21% y-o-y in H1 (to 4.35 million tons).
Deliveries were 2.03 million tons in Q2 (up by 18% y-o-y) and 4.04 million tons in H1 (up by 22% y-o-y).
