JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) booked net profit of Rp415.2 billion in 2014, declined 40% from Rp691.1 billion in 2013, mainly due to decrease in the amount recorded from industrial land sales.
Revenues fell 2.6% to Rp4.46 trillion from previous Rp4.58 trillion. Revenues of property dropped 48.6% to Rp595.5 billion, compared to Rp1.16 trillion in 2013.
While revenues of construction (Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk/NRCA), rose 14% to Rp3.24 trillion from earlier Rp2.84 trillion and revenues of hospitality increased 7.9% to Rp626.3 billion from Rp580.3 billion in 2013.
Its assets totaled Rp5.99 trillion while liability amounted Rp2.95 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.17 trillion.
